How does the consultation credit work?
Book the consultation (£39 / ₦70,000) and a specialist reviews your refusal letter and gives you a straight read on your real chances. If you go ahead with Refusal Rescue, the consultation fee is credited against it - you never pay twice.
Do you guarantee I'll be approved this time?
No. The decision belongs to the relevant authority, and no one can promise otherwise - treat anyone who does as a red flag. What we guarantee is the process: your file will answer every reason you were refused, checked by a second specialist before you resubmit.
What's the difference between Refusal Rescue and Done-for-you?
Done-for-you prepares a first-time application. Refusal Rescue starts with your refusal letter, is built by a specialist in overturning refusals specifically, and directly addresses each ground the officer raised - a different starting point and a different skill.
How long does it take?
Typically 3 to 5 working days once you've uploaded your refusal letter and supporting documents, ahead of your resubmission.
